There is zero doubt that one element of these seemingly crazy moves and retractions is simply market manipulation.

Someone needs to investigate how much money he and his cronies made shorting stocks etc before he blew up the Atlantic relationship, and how much they made again buying after everything dropped knowing he was going to back off.
