Shared this with a friend who wants to follow via Mastodon/fediverse. Maybe y'all could setup fed.brid.gy/docs#bluesky... for folks over there?

Took some friends to Jacques-Imo's last year and they were so skeptical about the alligator cheesecake. It was great watching them all be converts in realtime.

She told Dana Bash in that same interview to have Nick Fuentes on. It's insane that anyone would give her credit just because she's trying to get ahead of Trump crashing out.

Absolutely. There are a whole range of products and platforms that use machine learning and similar technology but not LLMs that get called AI because marketing moved in that direction a decade ago. It's incredibly frustrating to see things lumped together but also quickly became a losing battle.

If they are calling it AI because that is how you have to market using machine learning these days it seems like a great use case for that kind of technology. But since it is just a press release the details of what they mean by AI, and proof of the functionality, will matter.

Yes, from what I understand the DOJ went to the supreme court without waiting for the circuit court to rule so the order is to let the normal process play out. Still terrible and DOJ acting in bad faith imo.

Well, now I have some homework for my flight tomorrow to come up with my own top 10.

Fair. Didn't mean to imply otherwise. Should have phrased my point differently. Even with experience the tools can slow you down so I'm skeptical of overall productivity gains.

I think the productivity gains, if any, rely on developers who have good enough judgement on when to take over from what an agent or code gen tool is doing. So helpful for experienced devs and often a trap for less experienced devs.

Agreed. Was looking at them for the show in Boston and it's mind-blowing.
