That's different from abuse of privilege. The theatre is also a well respected aspect of the arts. She's not out there wrestling gators or something.

Is it really ridiculous though? Who does it harm? How does it compromise her judgment? It doesn't display bias, it's not compensation. She's not hearing a case from anyone involved.

She's a human being entitled to do things she enjoys just like the rest of us. It's a fun trivia fact... not a real problem. I'd also note that presumably she isn't hearing any cases relevant to this particular musical, which would be the only real problem.

If we write our story, I want to make it a fictionalized version. So we can make stuff up. And no one will be able to sort out what is real or not. Did we really get stumped by someone tabbing all of their code way over to hide it? Who knows! Its fiction!
