To the surprise of no one. The problem is James' lawyers will make this case to be a politically motivated criminal prosecution. How many grand juries did it take you do to this? If the answer is more than one they will dismiss.

Its not about conviction through they would be happy with that. Its more about pain of people who pissed off 45-47 and forcing them into the poor house by having to hire lawyers to defend them.
