Saw it in a shop when I was in Japan! It's also online but had to use specific Asian shopping sites.

From my own experience, I wear Kink3D Cobra and it has been comfy for long term.
My tip does get misaligned for peeing but I always have a cotton bud on hand to adjust.
I also moisturise the area everyday to help with comfort!
