I very rarely get ill so it was a shock this year to be diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and thyroid cancer. They all came at once and I'm struggling to hold this all together. Just waiting for the results of a CT scan to see if it's spread.

Phoned tax office at 7.55 as it takes 6 minutes to listen to a recorded message trying to convince me to hang up, made a mistake in answering the automated voice and got told to find it online, tax office hung up. Redial and answered the questions correctly... 20 minute wait this time.

After the Lactobacillus bacteria in my last batch of Sauerkraut died due to the heat we've been having thought I'd start a new batch of mustard. 1 cup of yellow mustard seed and 1 cup of black mustard seed and plenty of organic cider vinegar with the mother.
