Well, my recommendation is to start one at a time, THEN look around for more. It's easy to be horny enough to keep looking for more partners rp-wise, but starting with one and getting the hang of it there makes it easier to form a baseline. THEN other partners can really give you more ideas.

Roleplay needs a LOT of communication: before, during and after, but definitely beforehand.

People use kinks and limits as generic lists for what's comfortable and uncomfortable, but you can also just say "I don't like when someone does X"! It's totally fine!
