I liked Tidal better but it had a monthly listening limit for free users and I listen a lot. Deezer has this "flow" feature to play mood based music but they force free accounts to accept location based ads. Otherwise they all basically feel the same.

Ready for the next radiology revelation. If there was an MRI — THERE IS A REPORT! Your doc doesn't read an MRI, they read a radiologist's report. Every clinical image is interpreted by an MD specialized in imaging. This gets into HIPAA and legal grey area, but I'd FOIA the fuk out of those records.
