I think it was Adam 12 years ago had an episode about when a police officer could touch his gun. ICE was distracted by the phone in his hand when he pulled the gun. The gun was to force compliance not self defense.

Why is she testifying to what the officer knew? Has she interviewed him, if so where is the transcript so we can protect his rights if the quote is wrong.

Once these well trained professionals let the officer back into the scene,not take his weapon, let him drive off in his vehicle, not hold him and read him his rights for his protection, all the evidence is tainted.
