Our students really know their seafood - this week they’ve been preparing and cooking rope-grown mussels from @OffshoreShell! They have made Thai style mussels & have really shown off their food skills!

Last week our student chaplains organised a day where students and staff brought in a donation for Redcliffe Foodbank in exchange for wearing non-uniform. We were inundated with food items as well as cash donations. Apart from the trolley loads of food we also raised over £800!
