I had the exact same experience at Bellevue, WA. Makes no sense as they lose money on the rental.

Physical AI agents would be robots that would clean the bathroom and kitchen, load / unload dishes and clothes, and do all kinds of chores like this. This could be life changing for people with disabilities and working moms.

For me the main issue is how long it usually takes to get things fixed. Often a 10 min fix could be delayed by months.
