If you take more than a few medicines and can't always bring to mind exactly what you take, take a picture and save it to an album on your phone! You never know when you'll be out in the world and need to go to the hospital, and having an accurate med list will speed diagnosis and treatment!

I always loved science. I was training for my PhD when I realized that I'd never see my research touch human health. I leapt at the chance to get my MD instead, and now I'm in training to become a cardiologist. And I'm the happiest I've ever been 🫀
