And the worst part. When buying a ticket with Train+ discount, you need to prove it. Argh.

Screenshot of the ticket machine asking to prove you have you Train+ discount. This can be done by reading the MOBIB smart card, scanning the Train+ QR-code of entering the Train+ number by hand.

I finally am past the :sncb: firewall, and the ticket machine is worse than I thought.

You see that big orange button? Yeah, you DO NOT PRESS THAT if you want a ticket with discount, because you buy a new discount card with it 🙃
