Our old place was like that too. I guess it’s just funny like people act like they couldn’t possibly live in a kind of place that literally millions of people are living in just fine. If you want newly updated and renovated go spend 200k more.

This drives me insane! I swear it's the HGTV effect where every shopper came in and declared that in order to exist in "this space" everything has to be renovated.

The kitchen has been doing it's job this whole time just fine. Renovation is nice but it's perfectly usable just how it is.

I shit you not it's an old guy with a thin blue line flag, standing on his roof and precariously leaning off the edge with an electric leafblower to blow the leaves off of his tree.... And his leafblower is clearly fucked up because it absolutely screams.
