They are opening a new factory in Ontario.
This is in addition to their existing factory in Quebec.
They cold called companies like Sprague Foods during the planning stage.
Sprague was happy to make a deal for Canadian made cans.

And Jens Stoltenberg also served as United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Change in 2013-2014 as well! So he has a lot of experience that will be very helpful in the Norwegian Government given his International roles over the last 10-11 years

In fact, Jonas Gahr Store also worked with Jens Stoltenberg during the time Stoltenberg was Prime Minister of Norway as Foreign Affairs Minister during 2005-2012 and Minister of Health and Care Services during 2012-2013
