Morning walk with my walking partner (WP). We've agreed it helps to have accountability with someone. The urge to get up at 6:30am from my warm cozy bed, usually with one cats purring on top of me (I'm just a big heating pad) and go out into the world to tromp, is nonexistent sans my WP.
