After American airspace was closed on 9/11, over 230 flights with 30,000 passengers and crew were diverted to Canadian airports. Transport Canada received thousands of calls from members of the public offering to help the stranded passengers.

Okay, my first post beyond “Howdy!”…
In listening to some of my ancient old ‘60s folk music, I came across a few examples of (not so) gentle skewering of the subject.
Songs like “We Shall Overcome” are vital in any era. But obscure tunes can make a point, too. E.g., “Mama [T***p] don’ ‘low”… 😁🎶
