Atheist here, chiming in... You call them "agnostic." What you've described *is* the definition of that term. Read: A belief that you don't know if deity exists or not (which implies you didn't evaluate the arguments for or against) and so default to being open-minded regarding the possibility.

Second, it doesn't matter how people "feel" about a crime or witnessing it, and that idea needs to be totally removed from criminal investigations altogether. That's a subjective attitude.

Third, frame-by-frame breakdown & facts matter, and all the facts show that Good was murdered in this case.

First, criminal investigations are supposed to be non-partisan and based on facts, as obtained by the evidence.

If they are based on ideology, then those investigators need to be removed from the case due to conflicts of interest or recuse themselves for same.

Justice requires objectivity.
