Listening to Adm Stavridis (Ret) on CNN, there is precendent - Manuel Noriega in 1990. It was Bush. But it was well communicated (Congress and Allies) and there was no election, Noriega was a straight-up military dictator. So we need a blunt criticism from NATO.

I watched Dune Part 2 today. I saw it in theaters but I’m not sure I REALLY saw the movie until I watched it again. There was some outstanding work done in all departments for that movie. This trilogy, I think, will gain in popularity as years go by.
