If the Pres removes justices, no judicial system could allow them to hear their own case as judges.

The Pres nominates new justices, the Senate confirms them.
And if the (new) court reverses, now an expansion of the court would be required to reseat. 👍

Let the remaining court decide the case, including a public review of those justices' finances and favors they've received from donors, and of the suppressed tips against Kavanaugh vs. his testimony.

In the meantime, 4 new justices will be nominated and confirmed.

But, per this very court, the President is IMMUNE from illegality for things done in his role as President while he is in office.

I agree - but striking at people clinging to debris in the water is so far over the line with no defense that I'm stunned somebody didn't speak up.

This tells us that nobody, not a single of the men in that room stood for basic morality and ethics and said, "This would be murder. And we don't murder people."

This isn't complicated - and any military officer knows that murdering prisoners or the non-combatant defenseless is a crime.

Really, this is simple: if a Dem is elected President their first executive order is to summarily remove Thomas, Roberts and Scalia for corruption, and Kavanaugh for lying to Congress.

Legitimate exercise of power of the executive, not to be questioned.

And they cannot engage it as justices.
