Don’t be too hard on urself for still exhibiting behaviors that u kno to b trauma responses. Somatic therapy can b a great way to deal with emotions vs physical responses to them. Ur not broken. You’ve just been thru some shit.

In an effort to be more disciplined, I didn’t jump this one. Pips from the target missed out but can’t let this make me question the long term plan. GBP/USD. With a fed rate cut and charts telling this story I knew it would happen but didn’t hit all the marks so I sat on the sidelines. 🤷♂️

Man they’re hurting this year. A few Targets w/ lines full of Caucasians who don’t care about a boycott. Walmart w/ 2 old men “racing” each other to a deal on a Keurig. Best Buy w/ 1 elderly man returning something. Can’t wait to see Amazon’s numbers. 90% of people in line r there for Pokémon. 😂
