I'm awarreeeee it's burnout but I need to not have it rn so I can actually do things like: relax and enjoy myself

It feels like the mental version of getting winded from going up the stairs. Like how do I combat this without having the need for someone else to hold me accountable

"Just start anyway" I can't stick with it my brain loses steam so fast!!!! Like how do you keep momentum when you start something it doesn't work for me rn

I also can't focus enough to work on art!! The only reason I could post those two drawings earlier is bc I did them at my bfs. I keep forgetting how to relax, but I also can't seem to do anything productive either!! I'm just sitting here!!!!

I tryyy to look at my games and open one but I always stop like 5-10 minutes in. I can't focus for the life of me lately
