The more time spent hiking/backpacking, skiing, traveling, trail running, golfing, and being outside - the better.
I don't have children, but I am impressed by colleagues who are able to balance parenthood with job responsibilities. In cities especially, I can see how the commute creates a major barrier. I'm a believer in working from the office, but this is a perfect illustration of why flexibility is critical.

That was probably my favorite pitching performance in a World Series since Randy Johnson in 2001. Just awesome. Such a competitor.

NYC does Halloween right. Probably the best costumes I have seen.

I feel bad for anyone working in the space. Such a wonderful mission, but I am amazed at people who stick with it while maintaining positivity, belief in humanity, and line of sight on mission outcomes. I feel like it is a ton of work for consistently deteriorating outcomes. Respect for these people

The 1990s just had fun cinema. I'm yet to enjoy a romance even remotely as much as I enjoy Notting Hill, Pretty Woman, or You've Got Mail. Good Will Hunting should be in the conversation for best drama ever made. Etc.

Probably my favorite city. The best art/entertainment I've experienced. Add to it some of the coolest bars I've been to and I've probably had some of the most fun of my life there. 4am is a little crazy, I think the city will be just fine with 2am closes.

What a course. Would love a chance to play it (and lose a ton of golf balls).

I am surprised it's that low if the tariffs stay in effect.

It is pretty amazing how intelligent they are. I used to have a friend that would talk about the intelligence of various Cephalopods. I haven't eaten Calimari since.

Might be the funniest video I have seen

That is awesome. I am looking to do a trip up to BC in the near future. I'm trying to figure out how early I can get away with coming while still getting some quality hikes in.

I'm really sad to read that. He was one of my favorite actors and an incredibly interesting individual. Health issues are so draining, and he had to fight them for a long time. I have a lot of respect for how he handled that adversity. RIP.
