BTW. These stats include Q School but maybe that should be excluded? Would a maximum made there even count towards the pro snooker list?

UPDATE: Here is an overview of frames per maximum for the last few seasons on the Main Tour.

So far this season there have been one maximum per 446 frames. If this rate continues there will be appr 40 maximums this season!

Two-time ranking event champion Robert Milkins is in serious danger of being relegated from the World Snooker Tour at the end of this season.

Ranked 12th in the world in 2023, on the provisional end-of-season list he is 74th.

Milkins has been an ever-present on the professional circuit since 1995.
