August 29, 2020 was when Snowby was first created, he was a character that I made to help comfort myself over the months of being stuck home.

There is an actual technique (thanks to my 3d modeling college instructor, you're the king),

You can simply use a Subdivision Surface modifier to make objects smoother without destructing/baking the mesh, and in order to sharpen any specific edges you can Edge Crease (Shift E) on selected edges.
