It feels pretty corny but one of my New Years resolutions is to come up with a consistent streaming schedule.
I really enjoy streaming but struggle with being consistent with it. 😭 Idk what it is about a set time/date that takes so much of the fun out of it for me!! I gotta get over that!

I've been trying to eat better and lose some weight. I keep yoyo-ing between eating well w/ reasonable quantities and then binge eating where I'll only eat once a day. Anyone have any tips for me? 😭 Do I just probably need to be better at being consistent with meal prepping!?
