Sometimes I wonder how doctors can memorize so many illnesses and all their symptoms, but then I think about how many Pokemon I know along with their types and moves and I think “Yeah, okay.”

I’m on hold right now and the “we’re still busy, please stay on the line” message is playing every 25 seconds. The hold music restarts every time. This is hell.

Okay, I need an official ruling: when does Whamageddon start? I’ve heard either after Thanksgiving (in which case I was out on Day 1), or it’s only during December (in which case I’m still fine). I’ve got a five year streak riding on this, so if anyone can clear it up, I’d appreciate it!

Got to spend a little time yesterday sketching at the NC Museum of Art- did a couple simple studies, one painting and one of my favorite little sculptures. Really pleased with how the sculpture one came out! #ncma #ncmuseumofart #sketching
