Saw the dentist this morning
Good news: my teeth look good on the x ray, so there is zero need for root canal 🎉
Bad news: it was a gum issue. Dentist said there was glue/orthodontic gunk trapped under my gums so she had to numb up my mouth and scrape it out. Still gonna take weeks to heal 😭

Saw my orthodontist and she’s basically at a loss, told me to make an appt w my dentist to get an x ray to rule out more serious damage. I asked her what the worst case scenario would be and she said a ROOT CANAL. What the hell 😭 now I get to call the dentist tmrw!!! Yay!!!!!!!
Called the ortho to ask if I should be concerned that my teeth are taking this long to heal. They’re gonna ask the doctor and get back to me tomorrow. I hope I don’t have to make another appt, I don’t wanna set foot in there anymore 😭

It’s actually driving me nuts that the only otome game my library owns is the Piofiore FD. They don’t even have the base game. Which sucks bc I would totally check it out!!! I wanna try it without spending any money!

Sorry but this milk press conference or whatever it was today has me cracking up. He’s talking the same way my discord server was in 2017 (we had a long running skim milk vs whole milk argument) 😭 completely unserious

Ok atp I’m just accepting that my teeth are messed up and I can’t bite into anything more than bread ever again.
Technically I’m still in the healing window (1 week left) and yes I’ve noticed *some* improvement but it’s still nowhere where it needs to be.
I hope to be proven wrong soon 🙏

MY PERMA WIRE WAS GLUED IN WRONG! apparently it’s not supposed to be curved and was putting bad pressure on my teeth? So they removed my wire. now it’s gonna take 3-4 weeks to heal..
I stg that first orthodontist needs his license revoked. Why did he do this to me 😭😭😭😭

Went back to the ortho today

Ok I caved and I’m going back to the orthodontist today. Hopefully they have an idea for how to make this better and don’t just poke at it, make it worse and shrug their shoulders 😭

It has now been over two weeks since my ortho appt from hell and I still can barely bite into food lmao. Can’t even bite into French fries. I CAN however bite into bread. Even two slices at once if I’m careful! Last week I couldn’t bite through a single slice 💀💀💀 progress I guess?

Ok yep the retainer was messed up. I got a new one today which appears to fit perfectly. Praying the teeth pain resolves itself soon 🙏 I miss being able to actually bite into food…
Okay it got worse. I think my new retainer is a little bit deformed bc my teeth won’t fully fit into it. Idk if that’s why they’ve been hurting so much this week or if it’s bc the orthodontist was so damn hard on my teeth when reattaching the wire and he injured smth… I hate everything rn 😭😭😭

Had to order my mom’s Christmas gift off of Amazon and since I needed to spend more to get free shipping AND I had a $25 gift card to spend… I pulled the trigger and ordered Mistonia’s Hope 😅 not that I’m planning to actually play it any time soon lol

Finished battlefield waltz! I’d rate it a 7/10. There were only a few routes I really liked but I enjoyed the old school shoujo feel of the game and how p much every character had a sprite.
Also the game has Lustin and imo it’s worth it solely for him 🙂↕️ was not expecting to like him so much lol
