This is a series of images describing how to draw a penis.

"Wow, a dick! In NSFW works, it's often necessary to simplify shapes. When it comes to the penis, I tend to break it down into six essential structures:

- Glans
- Corona
- Sulcus
- Foreskin (Optional)
- Shaft
- Scrotum and testes

"It is possible to see the most basic form of a penis as an egg and cylinder.

Add the corona and some simple distinction between the glans and the shaft, and voila, we have the most fundamental form of a penis as viewed from the front.

Penises come in many shapes and sizes. This is a fact in the real world, and it will help you when making NSFW art as well. Bumps, uneven skin, folds, and scars will make a drawn penis feel real.

What takes your egg and cylinder and turns it into a proper penis can be described in one word... variation!"

"Now that we have some of the basics down, lets get a little more... acquainted with our subject.

Unfortunately for us artists, penises don't exist in static form, only to be drawn from the front view.

If we look at some of the examples to the left, you can see that, so long as you keep the details focused on key areas, it works to stay simple.

I've found that highlighting areas such as the frenulum, the urethra, and the corpus spongiosm (The area on the bottom of the penis that looks like a raised ridge), tends to get people's attention."

Where you choose to put the heft in your penis is everything. Often, I see artists making perfectly symmetrical penises, or penises that are heavy at the bottom of the shaft, and unordinarily thin at the top.

Although penises come in all shapes and sizes, it's good to keep some things consistent.

A tip! In many organic structures, you can often simplify shapes into straight and curved. If you have one side that is more straight, generally speaking, the other side is likely to be curved."
