I took a class with Gov Richards in college. She always had the most direct, clearly thought-out answers on everything and gave me advice I still use about only saying something when it matters and is unique.
In another time not long ago, Gov. Ann Richards of Texas made her position clear. “No government should interfere whatsoever in a woman’s decision about whether or not to have children.”
