Annual farm subsidy spending fluctuates but has recently ranged from over $10 billion to more than $30 billion, with peaks in the past five years due to ad hoc payments for trade war impacts. Which actually isn't really all that Much but $30 Billion could also wipe out Homelessness in America too.
