Maybe I’ll try this argument the next time a client is scheduled for a bond violation. “Judge, cancel the hearing ‘cause there’s been no violation”. This is stupid, plain and simple.

Now is truly the time of monsters. This company and anything associated with the criminals that ran it should have been completely liquidated and the proceeds used to compensate the workers cruelly ripped off.
