I zero in on the crud with the sprayer, let 'er rip, then ALWAYS end up reflecting the spray right back onto my face.

Suspense in my stories is the tool that I typically use to grow my characters. In horror, it is definitely an aid to stress my characters out and have them grow beyond themselves in order to deal with their stressors. The trick is to know when to let off the gas and let the characters breathe.

To date I've published horror (with a bit of dark fantasy,) and about to publish scifi. Definitely not shy from any dipping my toes into any genre, though!
