I mentioned that woodworking is an outlet for me and in addition to the crafting element of it, I also salvage materials from Pallets. I amassed so much Lumber lately that storage became an issue. I built these to help solve the problems I was having and so far so good!

I missed a pic showing the multiple layers of thinly sliced Eggplant but basically mine is assembled like a Lasagna after each piece is lightly fried. I also used the leftover egg & flour to make a Focaccia style snack with the Wine.
This truly was the best eggplant I have ever had 🤤👌.

I was in the mood for something special and decided to make one of my favorite things in the world, Eggplant Parmigiana from scratch with my perfected scratch sauce and some Wine while I was working.

A goal I set for myself a long time ago was to do all my own scratch cooking and do away with anything processed or premade and I’ve done just that. This is my scratch Tomato sauce with Genovese Basil from my own Garden.
