People on the JRPG reddit constantly bring up how much they dislike Eleven being a silent protagonist, even moreso than other Dragon Quest games.

People on the JRPG reddit constantly bring up how much they dislike Eleven being a silent protagonist, even moreso than other Dragon Quest games.
A common complaint is the lack of battles in the beginning, which is a fair complaint. It makes sense in terms of the story though once you start figuring things out, but at the start it definitely feels slow.
