First attempt at making (individual) Beef Wellington - they came out well and very tasty but the pastry to steak ratio was a little high - that wouldn’t be an issue with a full tenderloin but it was just the two of us for Thanksgiving.

First cold weather ride - 40F and strong wind. New 45mm tires work well even on the flat / paved ATT. I think I'm a wide tire convert.
