SolarAid works to deliver clean, safe, solar energy to the hardest-to-reach areas in sub-Saharan Africa. Every time someone switches on a solar powered light, it’s an instant win for people and the planet. Real, sustainable change can happen overnight.
This isn’t just footage of motorbikes on a dirt road - it’s the delivery of life-changing solar power to some of the most remote homes on the continent. SolarAid is on track to deliver 100% energy access in Kasakula, Malawi - connecting 8,813 households to clean, solar energy! ☀️

Last mile distribution isn't always easy, but getting safe #solar lights into the hands of people living in the hardest to reach places is always worth it.

Watch as our team heads out with stock in rainy season in Malawi to ensure everyone, everywhere has access to clean, safe light.
