I think I could maybe shave off that last minute & change to get the A rank pendant, but I'm not too fussed. The A rank is usually the same as the B rank with some added visual effects. I tend to prefer the B or C rank pendant anyway.

I think on the last run I spent too much time running around. That & he never did a wall climb anywhere, so I couldn't get extra damage from making him fall with a flash pod. I'm more amused that I actually have a faster time with support hunters rather than solo with my palico.

I'm honestly sort of looking forward to being able to just take her phone from her when she becomes to mentally unwell to have it. Same for my father, but he is barely online that much & definitely not buying shit all the time. My mother is glued to her phone all the time, I swear.

Apparently she's having issues with unsubscribing from the apps. She removed her A/pple P/ay & such, so that's a start. I have been on her ass for years about paying attention to what she buys & from where & what she subscribes to, & the woman still does this shit.

I mean, she's fine to read whatever trashy romances she wants (I do not understand straight people, I swear), but she doesn't need to subscribe to apps to do it. Plenty of published trashy novels out there. Or read fanfic like a normal person.

I already have the game & I do enjoy it as far as the gameplay goes. That said, I won't be buying the sequel since it'll likely have a ton of AI assets in it, & I suspect Stellar Blade has its own share of AI assets too. Which I did not know when I got the game (heavily on sale at least).

I absolutely checked the metal detector again before I called it a day. Of the items I can get, the metal detector & shovel are the most useful.

She's been scammed before & says it made her feel stupid, but this woman does not learn to be skeptical of sites & things like that. In this case, I think it's more an example of greenwashing & it's just not worth the price versus just buying stuff in person at the store.

I tried swapping out evade extender for earplugs to ignore the roars. Nope. I need evade extender on. I cannot deal with the shorter evade distance.

I fought him again just as the regular event quest. It was so shit. I was actually only about 2min slower than on the timed run, but I carted in phase 1 of all places. Carted in phase 2, changed my loadout, and I was fine after that.

Oh, the Rumpus Room with the fortune teller cutscene was very intriguing. There's a rather...eldritch kind of vibe I'm starting to get from this game. I don't know if that's intentional or not.

Figured out the weather vane puzzle & pulled that lever to open one of the antechamber doors. I'm more intrigued by the little notes & the scrapbook & such.

I get find a sledgehammer & I bought a shovel. Ended up with some locked doors & some dead ends though, so I had to call it a day. I try to make sure I have enough steps to explore all the areas outside at the end of the day & then I end the day at the tent. I also found the secret garden.
