Gluten free monkey bread, courtesy of The Loopy Whisk's Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread recipe. Worked perfectly with an overnight proof in the fridge.

So good, and devoured almost instantly. Got it: double batch next time.

Update: these photos are how my Souper Cubes looked post-lasagna, after also hand-scrubbing and running them through a dishwasher cycle.

But today I baked them at 350deg for 30 min (because they also smelled like lasagna) and they look like new again!
A bread pan-sized silicone tray with two square wells sitting in a dish drainer. The tray is made from teal silicone but the bottom and sides of the wells are stained faint orange from tomato sauce. A second teal silicone tray is facedown below the first, and the tomato stains can be seen on the outside as well. Two 2-cup teal silicone Souper Cube trays, facedown in a dish drainer. The silicone is stained from tomato sauce after I made lasagna.

Back in 2020 when I was getting HEARTILY tired of being on camera every moment, I constructed this thing--it hangs off my laptop lid and positions the minifig directly in front of the camera. Worked a treat--I wonder where I put it...

You glue backing paper onto the fabric and then glue that onto the book board and add endpapers on the other side to seal the edges.

I... actually owe you one. From my Kickstarter. I was supposed to bring it to FKO and I forgot. 🤦🏻‍♀️
