Chapter 1 of #GoldenKamuy finished. Decent enough for the start of a series. I'm not inherently sold on the idea of "dying comrade's wish + murdered father vengeance" character motivations re: finding the gold but I hope to see that develop. I did like the "skinned like an animal" twist though.

As a Chainsaw Man enjoyer this page is certified raw as fuck. Love the way the mystery has been established so far and these war flashbacks I'm sure are going to be a core theme of the series. Intrigued to learn more about Saichi's immortality because it's clearly supernatural. #GoldenKamuy #manga
