Oh I've struggled to quit smoking in the past. Hell when I started the book I had an actual feeling of panic about quitting. But the book helps you resolve the psychological side of the addiction and get to a place where you want to WANT to quit. Not just intellectually but emotionally.

We're trying to move to a state to be close to family and for better opportunities, but we're stuck in our jobs now because of health insurance. Tell me how this system is better for us than my husband being able to go to the doctor even when we're between jobs.
