An older painting I made while thinking about how large systems tend to recede into the background for some, while shaping the everyday realities of others. The original was stolen, but the questions behind it have stayed with me.

We held a great event today with the UTRGV Political Science Association student group. Our Hispanic Heritage Month event was “Latino Voters in the 2024 Presidential Election & Beyond.”
