Agree housing is a no brainer. But there’s a lot of bagel toppings on this particular ballot proposal. Who would build something with a 50% inclusionary requirement?

who gets the money from the enforcement program? metro? or the city? part of the la brea bus line runs through weho so wondering if there's any sort of fee split with local municipality
