Don't lose heart, keep trying! A trick that helps me is that I adopted the mentality of posting for myself, so if I don't get engagement I don't feel silly; I put it out there for me and if others find it, frick yeah.
Maybe that mentality shift will help or not, but yeah just keep trying!
