that it leaves me feeling like it's pointless to even have conversations anymore, since I'm not contributing with or hearing any original thoughts.

And I've noticed this as well by having a thought and then noticing how, one way or another, people express the same feeling one way or another, with their own words, and how it leaves me feeling like I might be incapable of having an original thought. And that feeling is sometimes so powerful

This was really hammered into my head by noticing how algorithms in social media work really well in grouping us together. They, most likely, even further enforce that we stay in our templates by feeding us more of the same and preventing much variation from them
