I am very thankful that we have representation by someone who stands for what is right... that said, you, and Congress need to get these ICE bastards off of our streets. They're pushing for response so Trump can declare martial law. It's passed time you all take back the power that we gave you.

testification after testification has shown that Congress can not compel anyone to answer questions. We need procedural amendments once Dems get Congress back, on top of many other changes. The "guardrails" and "the way things are done" need to be made real, with consequences for not abiding them.

the problem is that things have been bad for a while but Obama got everyone Feeling like things were getting better. They kind of were, but that other side never went away. The world is not as "advanced" as it would like to think. Every country out there still has this under the surface.

because despite how "we all saw what happened," what is reported in news reports is never the whole story. To do things legally, proper procedures need to be followed.
