I wrote to my transportation manager about this 4 years ago, to try contrast the gap between a pedal powered electrics, and high powered bikes. They told me to share the road where drivers routinely drove 100km/h.

In a real pinch you might be able to 3d print one, if it's not a critical fastening situation?
