Fixed some of the labels

We have to be careful with them though, because we chopped them so fine. They are heckin’ strong

Scallions freeze pretty well; you can slice them up and freeze them in a bag. We did this thing with garlic where we chopped a shitload of it up in the food processor, put it in a ziplock bag and then used a bench scraper to divide it up into little blocks and froze it that way. Pretty convenient.
