so you at once seek to require standard of data quality literally impossible as well as UNETHICAL to even attempt for GAC AS you disregard all other evidence already attained over last 60+ yrs because they don't match standard you want to require. it's based in pure bias and with bigotry at its core

problem is you are associating such studies with notion they can't be used to make valid medical rec, creating standard unique to GAC which literally can't ethically be achieved AND most "high quality" methods like RCT won't even work. NOTHING else would be "banned" given SAME amount/quality of data

Kirk was a self avowed loud proud christian nationalist..do you know wtf that means? for example, it can be true they believe "love thy neighbor" AND/except also true they think death for certain transgressions like being lgbtq is God's perfect law. standard is go by observational studies, which take longer and have more issues like drop-out rates/loss of follow up, which lowers overall quality of the study. this sets a double standard ONLY for GAC which does not exist elsewhere in similar types of medicine where most RCT can't work. pure bias

I have a hard time with this argument because it absolutely fully proves your ignorance. for example, many of the "high quality" methods of research such as most RCT/B/DB studies 1st of literally won't work for things like GAC AND would be literally unethical to conduct. in such cases

actually Cass is going to go down like Wakefield. it would be hard to even think up ways to be more blatantly biased than Cass Review was at every stage..and you should take a look at the thorough analyses of Cass done by actual professional medical bodies outside UK..Cass is a scandal, not a review

it really isn't...parents of intersex with severely ambiguous genitalia, in combination with experts/doctors make an informed "guess" about which sex to develop the kid into. they get that wrong exponentially MORE often than the number of trans people who "regret" transition. you realize that?

and so when trans, as by far vast majority, report improved quality of life with transition and regret rate putting GAC among treatments with highest success rates for treating literally any condition, and NOT allowing that transition, it should tell you there's just a bit more to this than you wish

which means there MUST be a connection between brain and physical sex, which doesn't always match..otherwise it would be easy to determine by dna/chromosome test etc which sex they "should" be developed into and there would be no real risk of the kid later determining "something isn't right here"

yes..that is 1 example..and the thing is that example doesn't hold up because we have been consistently seeing when doctors come across (approx 1-3000 births) ambiguous genitalia and "guess" which direction to go, they are getting it wrong even with DNA tests and all their expertise..not so simple

i'm not going to f name people lol, idiot. just look up ambiguous genitalia for a start. it can be complex enough we legitimately don't have some "test" to determine if they should be developed into male or female and increasingly it's being shown this shouldn't be decided for them/forced either way

that is 1 F example of like 200+ different variations (some can happen without even a known genetic/chromosomal cause or based on presumed hormonal functions of the mother in womb). literally EVERYTHING you are doing now is attempt to oversimplify to justify a bigoted view trans identity is invalid

I just gave examples and you keep throwing s out w/o explaining how it isn't..just cause certain conditions only affect males/females doesn't mean others can't affect both and some can land people so in the middle we still don't have a way to determine what sex they should be developed into (if any)
