Sometimes panic happens when life happens. Trusting is hard for me. Being a child survivor of neglect, racism, hate and sexual assault causes panic from time to time. The nightmares cone when you don’t want them, the terror of reliving it which causes the screams and then the attempted escapes.

As we approach Nov 1st children, elderly, poor folks and disabled people will not get any SNAP. Thanks to many Americans food pantries will be stocked this month and probably next. If the government goes into shutdown in January and February grocery store will feel the hit of lack of SNAP money.
